The Controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on Personal Data Processing.

Voice recordings are processed solely for the purpose of speech-to-text transcription. They are not used for person identification and are not otherwise processed as biometric data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR.

Providing an email address is necessary for registration and use of the service. Providing voice recordings and location data (GPS) is necessary for the Application's core features to function (recording and processing inspections, assigning to an apiary). Without this data, the service cannot be provided in full.
Providing analytics data is voluntary and has no effect on Application functionality.

All personal data processing takes place exclusively within the European Union. Data is not transferred to third countries.
Voice recordings are deleted from third-party servers after processing. Recordings are not used to train third-party AI models. The current list of processors is available on request at info@manamel.ai.

The Application is a mobile application and does not use cookies. The website www.manamel.ai may use only strictly necessary technical cookies to ensure functionality.
The Application uses artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically extract structured data from voice recordings (e.g. hive identification, queen observations, brood status). AI outputs are purely informational; no automated decision-making with legal effects on the user takes place within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Users can review and edit all extracted data.
The Application is intended for users aged 16 and over. Persons under the age of 16 may not use the service.
The Controller reserves the right to update this document. Users will be notified of changes via the Application or by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
